Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For items in stock shipping is within 5 business days. For custom orders please email me at spiraeaherbs@gmail.com.

Estimated shipping times

Standard shipping arrival times cannot be guaranteed, if you need an item to arrive by a certain date please contact me before purchasing.

*Any orders placed without tracking cannot be marked as lost until 90 days after the date of shipment – as per Canada Post policies *

I have provided the most economical shipping options available for each item. This unfortunately does not include tracking but it can be purchased for an additional cost if you like. Please contact me to adjust shipping costs before purchasing.

All DIY Elderberry Syrup Kits and copies of Spiraling Roots, are sent via letter post which provides you with the most economical shipping option possible. Tracking is not possible with these items. If you need tracking, shipping will have to be upgraded to a parcel. Please contact me to adjust shipping before purchasing.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Winter Orders/Shipping

Please be aware that items that are liquid (toners, vinegars, oils etc.) can freeze in cold temperatures. It is at the buyers’ risk to purchase these during the winter months and Spiraea Herbal Clinic is not liable for bottles that break due to freezing.
We do make every effort to fill bottles with room for expansion and to package things well. If you choose to order these items it is imperative that you do not let them sit on a porch or in your mailbox for long periods of time to help reduce the chances of freezing.

Returns and Exchanges

Spiraea Herbal Clinic will gladly except returns and exchanges under the following terms and conditions.

  • Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
  • Item must be in it’s original condition: unused and undamaged

I don’t accept cancellations. Please be aware of this before submitting an order.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
  • Items that have been used

Damaged Items 
Photographic evidence of the damage will be requested. Upon receipt of this either a store credit or refund will be issued.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The item must be returned in it’s original condition, unused and undamaged.
