The initial consultation is a comprehensive visit where all aspects of your health will be discussed. Please allow at least 2 hours for your initial consultation. You will be asked detailed questions about your health, history, diet, lifestyle and anything else that is pertinent to your overall health. If you are taking any vitamins, nutritional supplements, herbs, homeopathic remedies or drugs, please bring them with you to your initial consultation. It is also recommended that you bring copies of any blood tests or other diagnostic tests that relate to your condition.
The first follow-up consultation is scheduled 4-6 weeks after the initial consultation, depending on the specifics of your case. Thereafter consultations are scheduled every six weeks and will eventually increase to eight to ten week intervals in the later stages of your treatment. Your personalized herbal formulation will be continually changing as your treatment progresses as all aspects of your health needs can not be addressed by a single formula. Follow- up appointments are shorter in length (approximately 45 – 60 minutes).
At the end of each consultation you will be given dietary and lifestyle recommendations along with a personalized herbal tincture formulated to meet your specific needs.
Appointment Fees
- Initial Consultation: $145 +HST (herbal formulations are extra)
- Initial Consultation (children under 15): $100 +HST (herbal formulations are extra)
- Follow-up Visits: $75 +HST (herbal formulations are extra)
- Follow-up Visits (children under 15): $60 +HST (herbal formulations are extra)
Personalized Tincture
All of the tinctures at Spiraea Herbal Clinic are prepared by herbalist, Correne Omland. In most cases they are made from fresh herbs that are ethically wild-harvested or grown on her property using chemical free growing methods. Only the most potent parts of the herbs are harvested at the ideal time of day and stage in the life cycle of the plant. Proper respect is always given to the herbs and the environment in which they grow. In some rare cases organically purchased dried herbs are used in making the tinctures.
Spiraea Herbal Clinic’s tinctures significantly exceed the quality that is available from over-the-counter products and professional product lines. The formulations are customized to address the individual needs of each client in accordance with the principles of Four Elements Herbal Therapy, the system of Western herbalism that is practiced by Correne Omland (created by Michael Vertolli).
Tincture Costs:
- Personalized tincture with appointment 250 ml: $55 +HST
- Personalized tincture with appointment 100 ml: $35 +HST
- Tincture refill – NO appointment 250ml: $65 +HST
Tincture costs (250ml bottle) are included in the cost of the service appointment when booked online.

Rescheduled, Cancelled, or Missed Appointments
Except where prohibited by law, session fees will not be refunded for cancellations or no-shows. Sessions can be rescheduled 48 hours in advance of your scheduled time; if there is an emergency please get in contact with Correne via email at spiraeaherbs@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Certain refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted on sole discretion of Spiraea Herbal Clinic. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a session this will be considered a no-show. No-Show sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled.
