1/4cupfinely ground sea salt or Himalayan sea salt
1/4cupcoconut sugarbrown sugar can be substituded
3tbspsmoked paprikaregular paprika can be substituted
2tbsporganic white cane sugar
3tspgarlic powder
2tspfreshly ground pepper
1tspdry mustard
1tspground cumin
1tspturmeric
1tspground ginger
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients together using a fork to ensure you mix everything well.
Store in the fridge for up to a month.
When you are ready to use the rub apply liberally into thawed meat ensuring you cover all the nooks and crannies. Prepare and cook your dish as you see fit.
