Ingredients
  • 1/4cup finely ground sea salt or Himalayan sea salt
  • 1/4cup coconut sugarbrown sugar can be substituded
  • 3tbsp smoked paprikaregular paprika can be substituted
  • 2tbsp organic white cane sugar
  • 3tsp garlic powder
  • 2tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1tsp dry mustard
  • 1tsp ground cumin
  • 1tsp turmeric
  • 1tsp ground ginger
Instructions
  1. Combine all of the ingredients together using a fork to ensure you mix everything well.
  2. Store in the fridge for up to a month.
  3. When you are ready to use the rub apply liberally into thawed meat ensuring you cover all the nooks and crannies. Prepare and cook your dish as you see fit.
